Chief Instructor

Shihan Riju Sainas has been training for over 37 years and holds a 7th Degree Black Belt in Karate, 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kung-fu. Riju Sainas ‘s martial arts training began in 1987 during which time he qualified as an instructor and taught these arts around Hertfordshire.

In addition to Karate Riju Sainas has done a lot of other training especially in Kung-fu, Kalaripayat, Yoga and many other aspects of training. He is a very well rounded and hardworking Martial Artist.

Additionally, Riju Sainas holds a Diploma in Ayurveda Panchakarma, Spa Therapy and Yoga TTC, he is also a SPA Tutor.
